Z-pan conveyor belts are made of interlocking Z-shaped plates that mount to heavy-duty chains to form the conveying surface. Z-shaped pans create a troughed belt texture that captures small materials and secures them on inclines. The pans’ stainless steel construction withstands impact, abrasion, and extreme temperatures.

The Z-pan design creates a durable, troughed conveying surface. Z-pan belts handle heavy loads and small, loose, abrasive, or hot materials in harsh industrial environments, from abrasive metal scrap in recycling facilities to heavy components in the automotive industry.
Z-pan conveyor belts come in 6, 9, and 12-inch pitch options and standard belt widths up to 108 inches. Additional features include 1/4–1/2 inch thick precision-formed Z-style pans, precision die-punched wings, single flanged and sintered steel rollers, solid locking pins, and add-on options such as cleats, upgraded chains, larger rollers, and more.
(Please note that not all belts can be configured with each option.)
