Apron pan conveyor belts are made of overlapping steel plates that mount to heavy-duty chains to form the conveying surface. These metal conveyor belts offer extreme durability, impact resistance, and temperature resistance.
Our apron pan belts are double beaded for enhanced material capture and impact protection. Interlocking beads create shallow pockets for loose, bulk materials and absorb falling energy.
The pans' stainless steel construction
The apron pan design creates a sturdy, flat conveying surface. Apron pan belts handle heavy, large, or abrasive materials in challenging industrial environments, from large components in manufacturing facilities to abrasive metal scrap in recycling plants
(Apron conveyor belts are unsuitable for powders and fines, which wear away at metal-on-metal friction points, increase the risk of jams, and slip through the cracks between pans. For fines, try rubber combination belts.)

Apron conveyor belts come in 6, 9, and 12-inch pitch diameters and standard belt widths up to 108 inches. Choose from 1/4–1/2-inch thick precision-formed beaded apron-style pans. Additional features include precision die-punched wings, single-flanged and sintered steel rollers, solid locking chain pins, and add-on options such as cleats, upgraded chains, C-channel backing, larger rollers, and more.
