Fluent carries replacement sprockets to keep your conveyor operating efficiently.
Sprockets come in various sizes and types to accommodate different chain pitches and applications
Conveyor idlers support and guide the conveyor belt in flat idler conveyors, trough idler conveyors, and other belt conveyors. They are mounted on brackets along the length of the conveyor, forming the bed that the belt rides on. Idlers come in various configurations to shape, support, and pivot the belt. While similar to rollers, idlers are unpowered (idle). By reducing belt wear, mistracking, and safety risks, idlers maintain the efficient and reliable operation of belt conveyors
to accommodate different chain pitches and applications.
We carry the following common conveyor idlers to suit various belt conveyor applications:
(Please note that not all belts can be configured with each option.)
CEMA B, C, D, E, and F, Mine duty idlers, Return trainers, Self-aligning idlers, Return rollers, Beater rollers, Live shaft rollers, V-return idlers, Rubber return rollers, Lagged return idlers, Channel inset idlers, Grain idlers, Impact idlers, Custom idlers upon request (provided drawings)

Proper maintenance practices enhance the safety and efficiency of material handling operations.
Regular inspections should be conducted to identify and troubleshoot potential issues before they lead to excessive conveyor system downtime or accidents. Pay attention to core conveyor components, such as belts, rollers, bearings, and motors during maintenance checks.
Follow a replacement schedule for parts that commonly wear out to maintain conveyor performance and prevent unexpected breakdowns. A comprehensive maintenance schedule should include lubrication, cleaning, and component adjustments
Employee safety should always be a top priority when working with conveyors. Routine training reduces the risk of workplace accidents and encourages adherence to operational best practices.
