Fluent Conveyors offers rubber combo roller chain replacement belts so your operation can keep
Rubber combination conveyor belts fuse the power of roller chain conveyors with the gapless conveyance of rubber belting. Made of 2-ply 220 or 3-ply 330 rubber, these belts are a durable alternative to steel belting.
Rubber combo belts can handle heavy and abrasive materials. Their continuous construction keeps powders and fines on the belt without the risk of jams or clogged components
The pans' stainless steel construction
Rubber combo belts are continuous, so powders and fines can’t abrade metal-on-metal contact points or fall off the belt. They are also cheaper than metal belts. From demolition sites to recycling facilities, they are a go-to solution for handling debris, powders, aggregates, wet trash, and other materials that could damage metal belts.
A rubber combo belt conveyor can be configured in a 60-degree incline for a tumble-back configuration. Material between the cleats travels up and over the nose, while excess material tumbles back. This controls the flow of material for feeding applications.
(Please note that not all belts can be configured with each option.)
