Conveyor customization

We offer a wide range of customization options for our conveyors, including the following. 

• Chain type (for roller chain conveyors). Various chain pitches, roller sizes, bushings, and chain pull capacities.
• Belt type. Rubber combo, hinged steel, apron pan, z-pan, cleated, integrally-molded, and many other replacement belts. Numerous thickness and accessory options.
• Drive power. Horsepower options from 5HP up to 25HP or more to match load and throughput requirements. 
• Drive electrical specs. The voltage, phase, enclosure type, service factor, efficiency level, and other electrical specifications of the motor can be customized as needed.
• Drive brand. Brand options such as Nord, Dodge, and SEW.
• Features. Guards, cleats, hoppers, transitions, walkways, maintenance access, dust control.
• Controls. VFDs, PLC integration, I/O, custom control panels, remote access.
• Documentation. Custom drawings, models, and operating manuals per application.
• Safety. Guarding, e-stops, pull cords, plates, halo lights, alarms, wireless safety.
• Size. Custom widths from 12" to 120". Custom lengths for any application. Height can also be customized.
• Paint color. Match any RAL color or physical sample provided.
• Components. Upgrade bearings, shafts, sprockets, and rollers for application.
• Materials handled. Engineered for specific material types and conditions.
• Compliance. Meet any state, local, or other regulatory requirements.
• Layout. Flat inclined, L-shape, S-shape, Z-shape. Incline conveyor angles up to 45 degrees—or even more with custom layouts (for example, we can create a 60° tumble-back configuration upon request.)
