Closed V cleated conveyor belts feature a series of V-shaped cleats with a closed center. The cleats form pockets that contain loose materials, preventing rollback and material spillage.
Closed V cleats are integrally molded to the top belt cover. We carry closed V chevron cleated belts for slider bed, trough slider bed, trough idler, and flat idler conveyors.

Closed V chevron cleated belts are best for granular, bulk, or sticky materials and product capture at moderate inclines. Wide V-shaped cleats direct materials toward the center of the belt. Closed V cleated belts are often paired with troughing conveyors for handling aggregates. They are used for the following industry applications:

Our closed V chevron cleated belts are made from high-graderubber compounds and PVC for superior operational lifetimes. We also carry closed V chevron belts coated in heat, fire, oil, chemical, static, and abrasion-resistant materials for withstanding destructive materials and environments.
