Multi-chevron conveyor belts feature a series of V-shaped cleats arranged in a repeating multi-row pattern. The cleats form pockets that contain loose materials, preventing rollback and material spillage.
Chevron cleats can be integrally molded to the top belt cover. We carry multi-V profile cleated belts for flat idler, trough idler, trough slider bed, and slider bed conveyors.

Multi-V chevron belts come in 6, 9, and 12-inch pitch options up to 84 inches wide.
We carry all standard wear parts, such as scrapers, electrical controls, switches, sensors, skirting, and safety devices. We can even create custom conveyor components as needed. Just contact us with your conveyor's model number and we'll supply the exact parts to get you up and running again quickly.

Our multi-chevron cleated belts are made from high-grade rubber compounds and PVC for superior operational lifetimes. We also carry multi-chevron belts coated in heat, fire, oil, chemical, static, and abrasion-resistant compounds for withstanding destructive materials and environments.
