Open V cleated conveyor belts feature a series of V-shaped chevrons with an open center. The cleats form pockets that contain loose materials, preventing rollback and material spillage. The open center allows liquid to drain and some material to roll back for metering.
Open V cleats are integrally molded to the top belt cover. We carry open V chevron cleated belts for slider bed, trough slider bed, flat idler, and trough idler conveyors.

Open V chevron cleated belts come in 6, 9, and 12-inch pitch options up to 84 inches wide.
We carry all standard wear parts, such as scrapers, electrical controls, switches, sensors, skirting, and safety devices. We can even create custom conveyor components as needed. Open V chevron cleated belts effectively capture loose and sticky materials and maintain grip at moderate inclines. The wide V-shaped cleats direct materials toward the center of the belt. Open V cleated belts are often paired with troughing conveyors. They are used for the following industry applications:

Our open V chevron cleated belts are made from high-grade rubber compounds and PVC for superior operational lifetimes. We also carry open V chevron belts coated in heat, fire, oil, chemical, static, and abrasion-resistant materials for withstanding destructive materials and environments.
