Integrally molded asphalt milling belts feature single-piece construction, melding the belt, cleats (or lugs), and cover together. This design eliminates the need for separate cleat attachments, resulting in durable feed and discharge belts that efficiently transport materials to and from the screening deck.
The belt’s rubber compound offers exceptional strength, abrasion resistance, and oil resistance, making integrally molded belts the go-to primary belt option for the heavy-duty demands of mobile screening units.
We carry all standard wear parts, such as skirting, scrapers, sensors, electrical controls, switches, and safety devices. We can even create custom conveyor components as needed. Integrally molded mobile screening belts feature an industrial-grade synthetic fabric base, fortified with high-grade MOR (moderately oil-resistant) belt covers and cleats. Our belts have a multi-ply design, with layers of synthetic fabrics (such as polyester or nylon) forming the belt carcass.
The core is encased in a tough, abrasion-resistant rubber compound—often a high-grade nitrile or specialized oil-resistant compound. The cleats are molded directly into the belt, creating a single, seamless unit.
