Magna voluptatum omn.Anti-static belts are necessary in environments where static electricity could cause fire or damage components, such as electronics assembly lines, clean rooms, and explosive environments. The aerospace, chemical, and energy industries equip conveyors with anti-static belts to maintain operational safety.

Abrasion-resistant conveyor belts

Abrasion-resistant belts withstand the excessive wear and tear caused by jagged materials and rough handling. These belts are constructed with premium rubber, polyurethane, or PVC with a rugged belt cover and core to provide exceptional abrasion resistance and longevity.

The cement, mining, quarrying, and recycling industries use abrasion-resistant belts to handle ore, gravel, sand, scrap metal, and other rough materials that quickly degrade standard belting.

Fire-resistant conveyor belts

Fire-resistant belts prevent the spread of flames. They are made from specialized materials such as neoprene, silicone, or Kevlar, which possess exceptional fire-resistant qualities.

Fire-resistant belts are necessary in industrial settings that deal with high temperatures and flames, such as in the mining, foundries, and chemical processing industries. They meet stringent safety standards and enable the reliable operation of conveyor systems in hazardous environments.

Heat-resistant conveyor belts

Heat-resistant belts tolerate prolonged exposure to high temperatures. They are made from heat-resistant materials such as silicone, Teflon, or EPDM rubber. They maintain their strength, flexibility, and dimensional stability under extreme heat.

Asphalt milling, glass manufacturing, metal processing, and vulcanization operations use heat-resistant belts to resist high ambient temperatures and hot materials.

Chemical-resistant conveyor belts

Chemical-resistant belts withstand corrosive substances and harsh chemicals. They are made from materials such as PVC, polyurethane, or specialty elastomers that are impervious to acids, alkalis, oils, and solvents.

Chemical processing, pharmaceutical, food processing, and wastewater treatment facilities use chemical-resistant belts to improve hazardous material handling and maximize belt life.

  • Apron pan belts: double-beaded pans overlap to form a durable, impact-resistant conveying surface.
  • Hinged steel belts: piano-hinged pans form a flexible conveyor bed that articulates on inclines and declines.
  • Z-pan belts: interlocking Z-shaped pans form small troughs across the belt to secure loose materials on inclines.
